Delivery and payment terms

• All standard UK orders are sent 1st class and you should receive them within 3-5 working days (not including Sunday)
• We offer a UK next working day tracked and signed service (please place your order before 3pm to receive next working day)
• Orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be processed that day
• Any orders placed after 3pm Friday-Sunday will not be processed until Monday
• Orders over £50 will receive FREE first class shipping and will be sent out that day (if ordered before 3pm)

Pre order items

If your order is on a pre order basis please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. 

If your order consists of pre order and in stock items we will not dispatch until your entire order is in stock. If you would prefer your in stock items to be sent ahead please contact us via email or the live chat to arrange.

International delivery

• We have DHL express available and next day delivery available in the USA depending on State. 
• Standard international tracked and signed service available .
• Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed your tracking number
• International orders placed before 3pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working.

Import duties

Import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please speak to our team on live chat for further advice. Please note if delivery is refused the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Payment terms

Your payment will be securely processed immediately upon your purchase.

We use Sage pay for all credit/debit card transactions, Sage pay is a reputable/secure way of processing payments. We do NOT store any of your payment details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to SELF-SAME.COM. If you wish to obtain a refund, this will be returned back to you via whatever method of payment you originally used to place your order

 

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
